§ 18-102. Trespass on public property.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, without permission granted by the mayor and council, to occupy any city common, reserve, street, park, or any ground, lot or other realty owned by the city, or any portion thereof, except for the specific purposes for which the property is held by the city for public use and at those times designated for public use.
